Programs submitting self-study reports under the Future Education Model Accreditation Standards must use the following templates based upon their program type. Specific sections of these reports require the use of standard-specific templates to report program information and data. Programs should refer to the Guidance Information for the ACEND Future Education Model Accreditation Standards for Graduate Degree Programs to determine which standard specific templates are needed.
