- Sponsorship, advertising and branding opportunities – available only to exhibitors
*Note: Carpeting/floor covering is mandatory for all Exhibitor booth spaces. Carpeting/flooring, furnishings and utilities are NOT included with your booth but can be ordered through the Exhibitor Kit available May 2026.
Payments can be made by check (in U.S. funds, payable to Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics). Payments via credit card will be processed directly through the secure payment link that is provided in booth reservation invoice.
Exhibit Space Applications must be accompanied by a deposit payment equal to 50% of the total booth space cost with total balance due on or before April 17, 2026. If balance is not paid by deadline, the Academy has the right to cancel exhibitor's contract and release such space for resale without refund of deposit.
Applications submitted after April 17, 2026, must be accompanied by payment in full. Exhibitor is not confirmed until application is approved and payment is received.
Cancellation or reduction of space must be received in writing to Show Management at FNCE@CorcExpo.com. If exhibit space is reduced, the net reduction of space will be treated as a cancellation of that space.
- Exhibitors who cancel on or prior to April 17, 2026, are liable for 50% of the cost of booth space.
- After April 17, 2026, exhibitor is liable for 100% of the booth cost.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations or reductions of space after April 17, 2026. No exceptions will be made, and money cannot be used for any other purpose.
The FNCE® Expo is open to exhibitors whose products, programs, and services relate specifically to the food, nutrition, and dietetics profession. All first-time exhibiting companies must be approved by the FNCE® Review Team via the Academy's exhibitor review process. Please review the FNCE® First-Time Exhibitor participation criteria:
- Understand that the Academy reviews all first-time exhibitors to ensure alignment with participation criteria.
- Products, programs, or services align with the food, nutrition, wellness, and dietetics profession.
- Provide a list of products/services you plan to feature in your booth.
- All materials and claims are accurate, evidence-based, and comply with FDA, FTC, and relevant professional guidelines.
- Provide sample products, packaging, Nutrition or Supplement Facts Labels, substantiation for claims, and other materials upon request for Academy review.
- Agree to revise or remove any materials the Academy deems unacceptable.
- Acknowledge that participation does not imply Academy endorsement of company or products.

Note: Companies whose focus is TENS units, LED skincare (facial and body), cosmetic products, handheld massagers, cannabis products (including CBD and THC), and any others with aggressive sales tactics are not allowed to exhibit under any circumstance. Should an exhibitor representing any of these categories be found on the Expo floor, they will be removed immediately with no refund of fees paid.

The Priority Points System governs the appointment assignment of booth space during the Booth Renewal Process. Points are awarded to previous FNCE® exhibitors during the period five years prior to the Expo for which the application is being made.
Points are accumulated as follows:
- One point each year for participation in FNCE®.
- Two points per 100 square feet of booth space utilized per year for the past five years.
- Three points for booking in the FNCE® hotel block.
- Ten bonus points for five consecutive years of exhibiting at FNCE®.
The bonus points are forfeited if the exhibitor misses a year during this five year period.
Each exhibiting company is provided with complimentary allotment of Exhibitor Conference and Booth Badges based on the net square feet occupied by exhibit space. Additional badges can be purchased at registration. Attendee Conference Badges do NOT have access to the Expo Hall during non-show hours.
Exhibitor Conference Badges (Full Conference + Expo Hall): Provides access to the Expo Hall during set-up, move-out, show hours, the Opening and Closing sessions, and FNCE® educational sessions.
Exhibitor Booth Badges (Expo Hall Access): Provides access to the Expo Hall during set-up, move-out, show hours, and the Opening and Closing sessions only.
- 100 sq. ft. (10'x10') – 1 Full Exhibitor Conference + 4 Expo Hall Access Badges
- 200 sq. ft. (10'x20') – 1 Full Exhibitor Conference + 6 Expo Hall Access Badges
- 300-400 sq. ft. – 2 Full Exhibitor Conference + 8 Expo Hall Access Badges
- 500-600 sq. ft. – 3 Full Exhibitor Conference + 12 Expo Hall Access Badges
- 700-800 sq. ft. – 3 Full Exhibitor Conference + 14 Expo Hall Access Badges
- 900-1,000 sq. ft. – 4 Full Exhibitor Conference + 16 Expo Hall Access Badges
- 1,100-1,200 sq. ft. – 4 Full Exhibitor Conference + 18 Expo Hall Access Badges
- +1,300 sq. ft. – 5 Full Exhibitor Conference + 20 Expo Hall Access Badges
- CCO and MPMP booths – 1 Expo Hall Access Badge

Confirmed exhibitors will be notified when the Exhibitor Service Kit is posted to the Exhibitor Hub. The Service Kit includes everything needed to exhibit including ordering furnishings, flooring/carpet, electrical, labor, and more, as well as information regarding shipping and catering services.
Show Management will send monthly Exhibitor Newsletters leading up to the show with details and exhibitor resources.

The Call for Sessions for FNCE® has closed. Opportunities to present research, food and nutrition information, culinary demos, and breaking news are included in the 2026 FNCE® Exhibitor Sponsor Packages. For more information, contact Daun Longshore.
Confirmed FNCE® 2026 exhibitors may purchase a pre-show or post-show attendee email deployment through InFocus Marketing. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited to two emails per day. Contact InFocus Marketing: 800-708-5478 or sales@infocusmarketing.com.
Traffic builders such as prize awards, drawings, contests, and surveys may be promoted in the FNCE® Digital Event Bag, FNCE® Focus daily emails, and FNCE® Product Showcase at a nominal cost.
Otherwise, a FNCE® Promotion Application Form must be submitted to the Expo Manager by September 18, 2026, for written approval by the Academy and Show Management.
The Promotion Application Form will be available in the Exhibitor Service Kit and on the Exhibitor Hub.
The FNCE® Expo Hall is where attendees explore products, services and resources and connect directly with sponsor representatives. Sponsorships are designed to enhance the Expo Hall experience by supporting direct interaction between attendees and exhibiting companies.
To meet attendee expectations, FNCE® sponsorship, advertising, and branding opportunities are available exclusively to confirmed exhibitors. This policy applies to all Academy-related entities, programs, and initiatives, including but not limited to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Foundation, Dietetic Practice Groups (DPGs), and Member Interest Groups (MIGs).
