FNCE^® Registration Financial Support — San Antonio

FNCE^® 2026 registration support is available from Visit San Antonio. The application opens Monday, May 18, 2026, and closes Monday, May 25, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Central time. Twenty (20) individual will be selected to receive $200 off ($100 for students) full conference registration. Academy membership is not required to apply.

Eligibility

To be eligible, applicants must demonstrate financial need, have not received previous FNCE^® conference funds within the last three years, and will register as a full-conference attendee for FNCE^® 2026 in San Antonio. Registrants who are speakers/moderators, exhibitors, spokespeople or Academy leadership (including the Academy and Foundation Boards and elected leaders) are not eligible. Priority will be given to Academy members and those who will register as a “Joining Member.”

Recipient Selection and Notification

Funds will be applied directly to registration and will be awarded via random selection with consideration of the eligibility criteria. Please note that award winners are responsible for paying their own travel and accommodation costs, including but not limited to airfare, hotel, food/beverage and tickets to events not covered with event registration.

Award winners will be notified on or around June 2, 2026, and must use the registration discount by Tuesday, July 14, 2026, or it will be re-allocated to another applicant.

Academy Foundation Stipends

The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Foundation awards stipends to offset the cost of in-person FNCE^® 2026 attendance. Students and dietetic interns enrolled for the Fall 2026 semester, as well as practicing dietitians who have maintained their RDN credential for five years or more, are eligible to apply. Academy membership is required for all applicants.

Applications for both student and practitioner stipends will be available within the Foundation's electronic application portal beginning June 10.

• Foundation Practitioner Stipends will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check the application portal for updates on the availability of stipends.
