Future Education Model Standards and Templates
The ACEND® Board voted to reformat the Future Education Model Accreditation Standards, which were released on November 1, 2021 for voluntary adoption with mandatory adoption on June 1, 2022 by programs that are following the demonstration program standards. ACEND hosted a webinar on reformatting the FEM Accreditation Standards on November 5, 2021. The recording and slides are provided. A recording on Standard 4 is also provided.

Programs submitting self-study reports under the Future Education Model Accreditation Standards must use the following templates based upon their program type. Specific sections of these reports require the use of standard-specific templates to report program information and data. Programs should refer to the Guidance Information for the ACEND Future Education Model Accreditation Standards for Associate and Graduate Degree Programs to determine which standard specific templates are needed.
