Outstanding Preceptor Awards

Administered by Nutrition and Dietetic Educators and Preceptors, the Outstanding Preceptor Award recognizes exceptional teaching, mentoring and leadership activities of preceptors in ACEND-accredited dietetics education programs.

In addition to recognition in the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, awardees receive $1,000 to attend the Food and Nutrition Conference and Expo® (supported by the Academy's Foundation) that year, a one-ear membership in NDEP and a certificate and congratulatory letter from the Academy President.
