Due to the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak and related travel restrictions placed on our educational institutions and healthcare provider members, the NDEP Chairs and Regional Directors, in conjunction with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, have made the very difficult decision to cancel the NDEP Western and Eastern Regional Meetings.
With growing evidence that COVID-19 can be transmitted quickly and easily, and an increasing number of organizations and institutions implementing travel bans, the justification to cancel the meeting has become clear. While it was our hope to provide attendees with a successful meeting our concern for your well-being and communities superseded that desire.
Please look for additional information regarding enhanced online learning and webinars over the coming months as NDEP is committed to delivering this important content to all its members.
Thank you again for your support, patience and understanding. If you have any questions, please email us at email@example.com.
This meeting will provide NDEP members with an update from the NDEP Council on recent and upcoming NDEP work and events.
Date: Wednesday, October 21
Time: noon - 1:30 p.m. (Central time)
