RoseAnna Boyle Holliday is an assistant professor at the College of Southern Idaho. Prior to stepping back into the classroom, she was an instructor and chair of the department of health sciences human services, a position she has held since 2010. Previously, she was a consultant to the Connecticut state Department of Education; a manager of consumer communications at the Midwest Dairy Association and a senior account executive at the Fleishman-Hillard public relations agency; a Team Nutrition coordinator at the Idaho state Department of Education; and a public health nutritionist at the Idaho Central District Department of Health. RoseAnna is a past chair of the St. Luke’s Magic Valley Health Foundation Board and a past president of the Idaho Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She currently serves on the St. Luke’s Magic Valley Community Board and is the Magic Valley representative to the St. Luke’s System Board, Quality, Safety & Service Excellence Committee. She also serves on the Twin Falls County Health Initiatives Trust board. RoseAnna was named the Idaho Academy’s Outstanding Dietitian of the Year (2015); recipient of the Idaho Excellence in Teaching Award (2013-2014); Fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (2014); and the Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year by the Kansas City Dietetic Association (2002) and Idaho Dietetic Association (1999). RoseAnna was Miss Idaho in 1993. She is a graduate of the University of Idaho and earned a master’s degree from the University of Minnesota and a doctorate from the University of Connecticut.
