Patty Riskind is a health care technology leader and, since 2021, the chief executive officer of Orbita, a provider of conversational AI solutions for health care and life science organizations. Previously, Patty was head of global health care at Qualtrics, providing experience management solutions to health care providers, payers and life sciences organizations; chief experience officer at Press Ganey Associates, the largest patient experience and regulatory survey vendor in the health care industry; and the founder of PatientImpact, the health care industry’s first eSurvey company. Patty is a graduate of Brown University and earned an MBA at Northwestern University. She continues to be involved with her alma maters as a member of Brown’s Women’s Leadership Council and a member of the Kellogg Healthcare Advisory Board at Northwestern.
