Amanda Goldman portrait photo Goldman is the health care industry sales strategist at Gordon Food Service, Grand Rapids, Mich. Previously she was the system director for the Catholic Health Initiatives Food & Nutrition Services national program. During that time, she also served as director of diabetes and nutrition care for CHI Saint Joseph Health.

Goldman is the vice chair of the Academy’s Member and Student Advisory Committee; director of business development and past chair of the Management in Food and Nutrition Systems dietetic practice group; affiliate partnership director of the Dietitians in Business and Communications dietetic practice group, and past president of the Kentucky Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, where she has held numerous leadership positions.

Since 2017, Goldman has been a member of the board of directors of God’s Pantry Food Bank in Lexington, Ky., and has served as president since 2022. She is a member of the Community Advisory Council for the Foundation for a Healthy Kentucky, and a member of the Industry Advisory Board for the Association for Healthcare Foodservice. She is a graduate of Miami University (Ohio) and earned a master’s degree at the University of Kentucky..
