Where can I find report templates, substantive change guidelines and program director change forms?

The report templates, substantive change guidelines, program director change form and many other resources are located on the ACEND Portal. You can login to the portal through the ACEND website, the link is listed on the right hand side of the home page or by visiting the ACEND Portal. Once in the portal click Communities—Accreditation Forum—Library, from here you will see a list of topics and resources to choose from.

How do I determine who is my assigned manager?

You can find your assigned manager by checking the ACEND Staff page, where the states are listed alphabetically.

Who do I contact for questions related to my pass rate?

You may contact your assigned ACEND program manager listed above for questions related to your pass rate or email acend@eatright.org. For questions related to the accuracy of the report, contact the Commission on Dietetic Registration at cdr@eatright.org or Pearson VUE directly.

When do I pay the annual fee and when is my annual report due?

The annual report and fee invoice are typically sent via an email blast in October after FNCE®. The due date for the report depends on when the email is sent, but will typically be due between the end of November and mid-December. The annual fee is always due the first Monday in March.

Where do I email reports, major program changes and general questions?

Reports and major program changes may be sent to acendreports@eatright.org. General questions or concerns may be sent to acend@eatright.org and will be distributed to the appropriate individual.

Where and when are the program director workshops?

ACEND hosts three to four program director workshops at the Chicago office each year, typically in the spring, summer and fall. Information specific to the times and registration can be found on the ACEND website or ACEND Portal.

Who has access to the Accreditation Forum on the ACEND Portal?

Only program directors of existing accredited programs have access to the Accreditation Forum. The rationale for only allowing exiting program directors access is that the verification statement is housed in the portal. Program directors applying for candidacy must request information and materials from their assigned program manager until candidacy is granted and they are given access.
