Council on Future Practice Names its Top Innovators in Nutrition and Dietetics Practice and Education

11/10/2020 - The Council on Future Practice is excited to announce the top two innovators from the twelfth annual FNCE® Innovations in Nutrition Dietetics Practice and Education.

  • First place: "Building Cultural Competence through Intentional Pedagogy in an Undergraduate Dietetics Program", Christin Seher, PhD, RDN, LD; The University of Akron
  • Second place: "Development and Testing of Competency Assessment Tool for Nutrition-Focused Physical Exam", Elizabeth MacQuillan, PhD, RDN, CHSE, Kristin Baird, MS, RDN, FAND, Jennifer Ford, MA, RDN, CSO; Grand Valley State University
