USDA Releases Re-Evaluation of the Thrifty Food Plan

08/17/2021 - The U.S. Department of Agriculture has released a re-evaluation of the Thrifty Food Plan, which is used to calculate Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits. With this update, the average SNAP benefit will increase on October 1, providing participants with more access to nutritious, healthful food.
