Krista Yoder is an executive, business analyst, social entrepreneur and registered dietitian nutritionist. She is the COO of Eat Ahara^®, an innovative Food-is-Medicine organization driving culturally-relevant food solutions at scale. For nearly 20 years, Krista has identified gaps in healthcare and filled them by creating innovative companies making high quality food and nutrition solutions easy to access for millions of people. Her first venture was Family Food, which has a national presence with a hyper-focus on local engagement in each community it serves. Additionally, Krista created and scaled Corporate Wellness Nutrition, which was successfully acquired in 2020 by Ramp Health — the largest employee wellness service provider. Following the acquisition, Krista was retained as President, where she served until 2023. Krista’s work is published in numerous scientific journals, including the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Journal of Experimental Biology, Journal of Nutrition Research and Practice, and Contemporary Pediatrics.

Krista has served on the Academy’s Legislative and Public Policy Committee; chaired the Nutrition Services Payment Committee; and is a past president of the Academy’s Philadelphia affiliate. She has also been chair of district presidents for the Pennsylvania affiliate, the consumer protection coordinator for the Florida state affiliate, and served on the Miami Beach Budget Advisory Committee. She is a past recipient of the Academy’s and Pennsylvania affiliate’s Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year Award and is a credentialed professional business analyst and project management professional. Krista is a graduate of Messiah College and earned a master’s degree in public health at Drexel University.
