Global Food and Nutrition: Central America

Developed through an educational grant from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Foundation as a go-to resource for relevant and effective international nutrition education materials, the Global Food and Nutrition: Central America project includes color and black-and-white illustrations of foods and health concepts, nutrient comparison charts with pictoral representations of food, important nutrients and daily recommended values; and in-depth support materials for nutrition educators working in Central America.
