Academy members are encouraged to empower their communities to join this effort by providing clients with education and resources on key topics, such as food date labeling and food safety.

Members can also lead their community to become a U.S. Food Loss and Waste 2030 Champion with resources provided by the EPA, help reduce the nation's food waste by 20 percent using the ReFED guide and join the conversation on social media with #NoWastedFood.
