11/02/2018 - The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Division for Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention is seeking nominations for evidence-based lifestyle interventions that control high blood pressure and help prevent cardiovascular disease.
Programs should show evidence of making improvements in hypertension management. They also should demonstrate the process of collecting, monitoring and measuring blood pressure and other biometric measures for at least six months. Submissions are due November 9.
