There will be a question and answer following the event, and those interested in participating should submit questions in advance.
The event is hosted by the Partnership for Food Safety Education. The Academy, a partner of the Partnership for Food Safety Education, has additional information on foodborne illness and outbreaks in the U.S. and advocates for food safety.
